ResellRadar is a research and screening tool. By using it, you agree to use marketplace data lawfully and evaluate every purchase independently.
Estimates, not guarantees
Purchase cost, market value, demand, turnover, fees, profit, confidence, and risk figures are estimates based on available information and user assumptions. They are not appraisals, financial advice, or guarantees of resale value or profit.
Auctions and listings
Auction prices may rise before closing. Listings may be inaccurate, unavailable, counterfeit, damaged, restricted, or fraudulent. You are responsible for checking the item, seller, condition, shipping, taxes, fees, applicable laws, and marketplace protections before purchasing.
Marketplace rules
Your use of eBay and other marketplaces remains subject to their own terms. ResellRadar does not authorize scraping, prohibited automation, circumvention, or misuse of marketplace services.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your password and activity under your account. Do not share access or use the service to harm others.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or experience errors. Marketplace APIs can change or become unavailable. ResellRadar is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.
Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for purchase, resale, tax, licensing, shipping, product-safety, and consumer-protection decisions. To the extent permitted by law, ResellRadar is not responsible for losses resulting from transactions or reliance on estimates.
